Expansion Joint With Internal Floating Liner

This FlexCom expansion joint is currently installed in the exhaust system of a utility plant. In order to reduce particulate build up in the joint cavity, FlexCom joints feature double liners and accumulation pillows to keep dust and dirt away from expansion joint belt. Here you can also see the caged nut design of the joint's mounting hardware, making it much easier to find a secure fit to the customer's duct flanges.
